fatchai Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the fatchai platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By using fatchai you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the fatchai platform — including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, or mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform and should exit immediately. Your continued use of fatchai after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the user) and fatchai. They apply regardless of the device you use to access the platform, whether that is a desktop computer, a mobile phone, or a tablet.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. fatchai reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Notice of material changes will be communicated through the platform where reasonably practicable. Your use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Access to fatchai is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. This minimum age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable — it applies to all product categories on the platform, including sports betting, live casino games, and slot games. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines. fatchai may request documentary proof of age at any point, and failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
In addition to the age requirement, you must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of fatchai complies with the laws of your specific location. fatchai does not accept registrations from individuals who are employees, officers, or directors of the platform, or from immediate family members of such persons. Accounts found to have been created in violation of these eligibility rules will be closed without notice, and any balances may be forfeited subject to applicable legal requirements.
3. Account Creation and Security
To access the full features of the fatchai platform, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested during the registration process. You are permitted to hold only one account on fatchai; creating duplicate or multiple accounts for any reason — including to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or avoid a suspension — is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent account closure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
fatchai strongly recommends that you choose a strong, unique password and that you do not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify our support team immediately. fatchai will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to require identity verification at any time as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Accounts that fail to pass verification may have withdrawals suspended until the required documentation is submitted and reviewed.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a registered user of fatchai, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and Conditions. You must not use the platform to engage in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct. You must not use automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to manipulate or exploit the platform in any way, including to place bets, harvest data, or circumvent security measures. Any attempt to interfere with the integrity of games, odds, or other platform features is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.
You agree not to post, transmit, or share any content through the platform that is defamatory, offensive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree not to impersonate any other person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization. fatchai reserves the right to monitor user activity on the platform for the purpose of enforcing these terms and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Violations of these obligations may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals subject to legal review, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate. We take the integrity of our platform seriously and rely on all users to engage fairly and honestly.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Currency
All financial transactions on the fatchai platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment channels made available on the platform at any given time. You are responsible for ensuring that any funds you deposit belong to you and have been obtained through lawful means. fatchai does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the name on your payment account must match the name on your fatchai account. Deposits made in error from third-party sources may be reversed and any associated wagering activity may be voided.
Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures and may take a varying amount of time to process depending on the payment method selected and any verification requirements in place at the time of the request. fatchai is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues outside our control. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed within the platform at the relevant point of transaction. fatchai reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms. All applicable fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed before you confirm a transaction.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
fatchai provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is operational, secure, and accurate, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fatchai, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds resulting from technical failures, unauthorized access, or interruption of service. Your sole remedy in the event of dissatisfaction with the platform is to cease using it.
All content available on fatchai — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and design elements — is the intellectual property of fatchai or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the platform's content without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of fatchai's intellectual property may result in legal action. Third-party content, game providers, or service integrations referenced on the platform remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own terms.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
fatchai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its discretion if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or in a manner that is detrimental to the platform or other users. In cases of suspected fraud or serious breach of these terms, fatchai may act without prior notice. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law. Users who believe their account has been suspended in error are encouraged to contact our support team to request a review.
You may also request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance that has been verified and is not subject to any outstanding dispute or investigation will be returned to you through your registered payment method. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or your use of fatchai shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
